A 50% deposit is required to complete our vacation rental project. Once you have approved your web page content, video tour and slide show, the final payment will be made and your web page will go 'live' and your videos will be loaded to the various video websites. Upon us receiving your deposit, you will receive an email with instructions to upload your images (up to 40 images) and to complete your web page content and links.

If you do not already have images of your vacation rental property, we will include helpful information to insure quality pictures are taken, which will generate a better looking video and slide show. Should you select our Personalized or Professional Video Tour, you will also receive instructions for recording and sending your guided tour, or how to choose from hundreds of voiceover samples.

Your custom web page will remain active for one year from the date it goes live, and you will receive an email in eleven (11) months to confirm your interest in renewing your web page for an additional year at the rate of $99. Should you need updates made to your web page content, you can email us your request and a proposal will be sent to your for the rate of the updates.
